How does Agile Training work?
Right now we have online training programs only. We are planning to start classroom training pretty soon.
  • Our training is divided into 2 parts.
  • Part 1: 4 hours of Pre-class study and
  • Part 2: 2 days of instructor led online course.
Once you enroll through our website, we will provide you the pre-class material which you need to read before the commencement of the class.
Right before the class date we will send you the link and login details to join the instructor led class.
When is your next class?
Next session starts on Jan 21st 2012. Its a 4 session class. Jan 21st, 22nd, 28th, 29th.

Class timing: 4pm to 7pm PST
How much is the fee?
Its $500 only.

What is the exam structure?
The PMI ACP exam will consist of 100 scored items and 20 unscored (pre-test) items. 50% of the questions are allocated from Agile tools and techniques and another 50% of questions are from Agile knowledge and skills. Our course covers both

Based on PMI suggestions our course is structured in 6 domains. Those domains are Value Driven Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Boosting team performance, Adaptive planning, Problem detection and Resolution, and Continuous Improvement.
